The Camstone team is experienced in all aspects of property investment and asset management. We provide property services to AHI (Pty) Ltd who are the appointed asset managers of the Camstone Property Income fund which targets CPI+ 3% over a 5-year rolling period.

Portfolio Update: 

Nexus on Tenth property has been sold and will be transferred in early 2020. The property is being been acquired by a residential conversion company and the decision was taken to sell this property as it no longer aligned to the strategy of the Camstone Property Income Fund.
